Goods returned to us for reasons other than faulty will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Customers are responsible for verifying suitability and compatibility of equipment before purchasing it.
You must cover the cost of returning the item.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing via our e-mail address within 3 days.
In the event of a incorrect price or discription we will email you with the correct details.
In the event of the wrong items being despatched, all postage charges will be refunded.
Software cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless it is found to be faulty.
