Returning Goods
Please email us and ask for a goods return form.
Due to the increasing amount of non faulty goods being returned, there may be a £35 testing fee if the returned item is found to be not faulty.
We do not give full refunds for incompatibilities, though we will offer an alternative, a credit note or charge a 25% restocking fee.
The items must be in there original packaging and all contents must be present to be excepted.
Goods returned to us for reasons other than faulty will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must cover the cost of returning the item.
As soon as we receive the faulty item we will test it and a replacment will be dispatched in 1-2 days (subject to availability).
Software cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless it is found to be faulty.
